Our lawyers appear before and provide advice on energy and environmental regulatory agencies across Canada, such as the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, the National Energy Board, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, public utilities regulators and provincial environmental review boards. We have expertise related to all applicable resource sectors and have appeared at regulatory hearings and judicial reviews of regulatory decisions at various stages of proceedings.
