On Tuesday, May 5, OKT and McCarthy Tétrault LLP were recognized for their outstanding work in Shamattawa First Nation v. Canada (Attorney General), 2025 FC 1927, receiving the award for Commercial Litigation Team of the Year at the 2026 Canadian Law Awards.
