Rachael is a solicitor with experience in Indigenous, environmental and administrative law matters, having previously practiced at a leading national firm in their environmental and Aboriginal law practice group. Her practice focuses on project development, environmental and impact assessments, permitting, and negotiating agreements between project proponents and Indigenous communities in the natural resources space. Rachael has appeared at several conferences to share her expertise in these areas.

Rachael graduated with her law degree from the University of Victoria, where she received numerous academic honors, including the Crease, Harman and Company Scholarship and the Martlet Chapter, IODE, Scholarship for achieving the highest standing in her second year.

Rachael is admitted to practice law in British Columbia.
