Zac is a litigator and advisor with experience in Indigenous, commercial, constitutional, and administrative law matters. A strategic advocate with a public policy background and extensive negotiation experience, he is committed to defending section 35 rights and expanding Indigenous jurisdiction.

Before joining OKT, Zac worked at a prominent litigation firm in New York City, where he managed all phases of high-stakes commercial and public law disputes. He also clerked for the Honourable Justice John B. Laskin at the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa.

Zac holds a joint degree in law and public policy from Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School of Government. During his graduate studies, he worked with the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic and Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and Mediation.

Zac is admitted to practice in Ontario and New York.
