Sarah Glickman

Sarah Glickman is an Associate at OKT. She has appeared at various levels of court and tribunals including the Federal Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal for New Brunswick. Sarah is building a litigation practice supporting the assertion and advancement of First Nations’ jurisdiction through Aboriginal rights and Treaty rights matters. Sarah also works on First Nations’ governance matters.

Sarah holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she worked at the Community Legal Aid Services Program in the Criminal Law Division representing community members charged with summary offences.

Prior to law school, Sarah earned a degree in Criminology and English from the University of Toronto. Before joining OKT, Sarah practiced criminal defence and family law.

Sarah is called to the Bar in Ontario.
