Sarah Chiavarini is an Associate at OKT, practicing in the firm’s corporate law group and advising on a range of matters as a solicitor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University with a minor in political science, and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the Mohawk Nation of Six Nations of the Grand River and grew up in the Niagara region.
Prior to joining OKT, Sarah practiced corporate and commercial law in the Toronto office of a large Canadian law firm with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2021 and is a member of the Indigenous Bar Association.
