Kyle Kahgee joins OKT as an Articling Student from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. Kyle is a member of Saugeen First Nation, located along the shores of Lake Huron. Prior to law school, Kyle earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Guelph.

While at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, Kyle participated in the 2022 Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Law Moot in Montreal, and assisted in founding the Indigenous Law Students’ Association at his school.

Throughout law school Kyle has worked in-house for nuclear generator Bruce Power, as well as for the Downtown Crowm Attorney’s Office through the Ministry of the Attorney General’s Aboriginal Law Summer Student Program. Currently, he serves as the Vice-President of his schools Indigenous Law Students’ Association.
