Blaise is a 2026 graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where he worked in the Environmental Justice and Sustainability Clinic and participated in the 2025 Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Moot. As a member of student government, Blaise led the Sexual Violence Working Group in campaigning to introduce anti-sexual violence training into the law school.
Before law school, Blaise studied environmental science at the University of British Columbia, where he published an honours thesis on mitigating the effects of pollution released by mine waste.
