Aherthy is a second year summer student in OKT’s Toronto office.
Aherthy recently completed her second year at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she participated in the Intensive Program in Indigenous Lands, Resources and Governments. Aherthy was also the Student Editor in Chief at the Journal of Law and Social Policy.
Prior to law school, Aherthy worked at the Government of Ontario as a Policy Advisor, focusing on emergency management planning with Indigenous communities.
