Kate is a 3L student at Lincoln Alexander School of Law and excitedly completing her IPC placement at OKT. As a former educator and Realtor, she brings a wealth of diverse experience to her new practice.
In 2015 Kate took a personal interest in the history and reality of Indigenous Peoples and communities in Canada. Her experience with Professor Scott Franks during 1L changed the trajectory of her studies from education law to Indigenous and Aboriginal law. She is extremely excited to be doing her placement at OKT and looks forward to helping in any way she can. Kate is the mother of two active lacrosse playing teenagers and a lazy wheaten terrier.
